Our Application Process
Live The Westhaven Difference in three easy steps. Below summarizes our application process for both apartment and commercial rental units.
Step 1: Pre-Approval
Submit your application. Westhaven Rentals accepts applications by email, mail or fax.
If you have questions about the rental properties or the application, we are happy to assist you over the phone or in person by appointment.
Step 2: Post Approval
Submit your application. Westhaven Rentals accepts applications by email, mail or fax.
If you have questions about the rental properties or the application, we are happy to assist you over the phone or in person by appointment.
Step 3: Move In
Schedule an appointment with us to sign your lease. You are required to provide your: tenant insurance certificate, first and last month’s rent, we will provide you with your tenant policy, mailbox and unit keys.
